Flysocial is a marketplace that connects content creators with brands. While we strive to ensure all campaigns are legitimate and rewarding, we do not guarantee any specific income or success. Campaign outcomes and earnings depend on individual participation and quality of content.

Flysocial does not endorse or take responsibility for the claims made by brands or creators using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flysocial platform, including all campaigns, rewards, and services provided.

Key Terms:

• Eligibility: Users must be 18+ years old or have parental consent to participate.

• Account Use: You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share login credentials.

• Campaign Participation: Only apply to campaigns you intend to complete. Abandoning campaigns may result in account suspension.

• Rewards System: Campaign rewards are credited as “Cashpoints.” 1 Cashpoint = ₹1 INR.

• Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal is ₹2000. Maximum per transaction is ₹50,000. Processing fee: 2% + 2% TDS.

• No Brand Bypassing: Direct contact with partnered brands outside the platform is strictly prohibited.

• Content Standards: No fake engagement (bots, fake followers, etc.) or inappropriate content.

• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating our guidelines.

All content, designs, logos, software code, text, graphics, user interface, and other intellectual property visible on the Flysocial platform are either owned by or licensed to Flysocial. This includes the Flysocial name, branding elements, website layout, campaign modules, and proprietary systems (such as the Cashpoints reward system).

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any portion of the platform without express written permission.
